Step 4. Prepare Crushed Garlic

Step 5. Stir Fry Rapini with Crushed Garlic & Olive Oil

Step 6. Add Prepared Rapini into Fresh Sausage Mix

    Which young kid likes to see anything green in their food ? Well mine does not and guess what Johnny Prosciutto? ,.,. she ate the Rapini Sausages AND with great reviews from her own mouth .. Can I have more mommy, when are you going to buy more?! There you got it … out of the mouth of a child … Need I say more !!!!!!!!!

    This is another great product from Johnny Prosciutto! They taste so good! I was hesitant in trying them because I’ve never tried rapini in sausage before. These a really delicious! We’ll be buying more for sure.
