I wish the company had packed the product on the night before pick up or on the day Fedex was going to pick it up from the store. The cold ice pack was already melted by the time it reached me. the package was packed on saturday night and picked up on Monday to be delivered to me on Tuesday .

After I sold my house with my climate controlled cantina, I thought I wouldn’t find a soppressata like the ones we have always made. However, these are as close as it gets! The only missing ingredients are fennel powder and fennel seed and if they were in them there would never be a need to put in the time and energy into our own. Get product!!
