I would say the quality of the meats are quite good however, this one in the soft texture is very fatty tasting, there isnt much other flavour in my opinion and tho I do take into account that Capocollo is meant to be more fatty we just found it a bit lacking, I would love to try it in the “hard” firmness to see how it compares.

I’m glad I found Johnny Prosciutto because now with the pandemic our usual gathering of the big Italian family to carry on the traditions of making cured meat has gone by the wayside. The quality and flavor of the capocollo is excellent. We’ve tried both the hard and soft Capocollo as well as their other cured meats which are just as good if not better than the ones we make at home.

I’m so glad we found Johnny Prosciutto. The Coppa, Prosciutto and Sopressata’s are so good and are just like homemade! The price is also excellent. I may not have to make my own anymore (but I will ;). Delicious and fast service!!!
