Job Brief Description

We are looking for competent Help for Our Skilled Manual Labor Department.

Like anything else, having experience in de-boning Pork Legs will help you get hired, especially for de-boning Fresh Pork Legs or Cured Pork Legs, which can be complicated and take skill.

Requirements

  • Any Experience using a de-boning Knife
  • Must be able to lift 20 to 40lbs
  • Proficiency in French or English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Physical fitness: you must be able to stand for several hours and potentially lift up to 20-40 pounds and stoop or squat
  • Attention to detail: Must be able to pass weekly audits and follow safety procedures at all times
  • Must be able to follow instructions
