The cured boneless Prociutto crudo sliced. The goods were packed on saturday night and picked up on Monday afternoon from the store. I received the product on Tuesday in Toronto. The ice pack was melted.
I enjoyed the product, I should get the product as whole and sliced it myself for freshness (next time)

This is why you came here. The prosciutto has a wonderful flavor with just the right amount of buttery richness. It is packaged in thin layers with sheets being separated by wax paper with the entire package being vacuum sealed. It’s so good that this is my 3rd order this year and you couldn’t live further than me. I’m in Victoria, BC.
Because I’m ordering the amazing prosciutto, I look around and order a few other items. I haven’t been disappointed with anything I’ve ordered, but haven’t reordered many of the other things I’ve tried. One exception is the Parmigiana Reggiano. I start by adding some prosciutto and Parmesan to my cart. Then I look to see what else to add.
It freezes perfectly and can be thawed one pack at a time.
The only bad thing I can say about this prosciutto is that I’m pretty sure it’s addictive! Try it once and you’ll be hooked.
