I’ve tried so many others from the large grocery chains, and even local butchers, but they can’t do it the Italian way – you guys can. I wish I had a cold cellar, or the time, and resources to make my own – but no problem, because now I have Johnny Prosciutto!

I ordered the hot and calabrese sopressata, my sister in-law ordered the sweet sopressata so I had an opportunity (1st time) to try three types, let me congratulate Johnny Prosciutto for the products they made, all were excellent and thank you for the extra one (at no cost) in my order. The delivery in terms of timeliness was as expected and products came in a styrofoam container just to show you how Johnny goes the extra length. The taste was as authentic as you can get. Now contemplating my next order even though I have several left. I apologize for the lengthy comment.
